Next Monday, January 23, Samsung will hold a press conference to reveal the cause of the overheating and exploding batteries that forced the recall of its flagship Galaxy Note 7 smartphone (The Verge). The press conference is scheduled for 10:00 in Seoul, South Korea - 1:00 in the UK - and an English language livestream will be available via the company's website. The company says that it "will discuss the findings of the investigations and unveil new measures Samsung has implemented in response to the incidents."
